What is Farm Share?

Farm Share is a partnership between individuals and the farm where consumers pay in advance of the growing season for a share of the garden. This helps us at Zephyr Organics pay for seeds and labour costs at the beginning of the year and allows us to pay back our customers with a selection of fresh, organic produce for our 20-week CSA season. We offer at-home delivery or the option to pick up your share right from the farm. Just like in an ordinary garden, not all vegetables are available at the same time; you will receive what is available each week as a portion of your share, as selected by us with you in mind.

Weekly Half Share - $500

Receive 10 certified organic, fresh and locally grown vegetable (and occasional fruit and herb) items each week for 20 weeks, delivered right to your doorstep. An example of the quantity of each item is 3 zucchini, a head of cabbage or a bunch of broccoli. The weekly half share is an excellent choice for families of 3 or 4 who would prefer to receive mostly traditional North American staples such as lettuce and carrots with a smaller quantity of ethnic and novelty items like kale, baby bok choy and okra.

Biweekly Half Share - $275

Receive 10 certified organic, fresh and locally grown vegetable (and occasional fruit and herb) items every other week for 20 weeks, delivered right to your doorstep. This is an excellent choice for families of 2 or fewer who would prefer to receive mostly traditional North American staples such as lettuce and carrots with a smaller quantity of ethnic and novelty items like kale, baby bok choy and okra.

Weekly Whole Share - $800

Receive 15-18 certified organic, fresh and locally grown vegetable (and occasional fruit and herb) items each week for 20 weeks, delivered right to your doorstep. An example of the quantity of each item is 3 zucchini, a head of cabbage or a bunch of broccoli. The weekly whole share is an excellent choice for larger families of 4 or more who have more adventurous tastes. The whole share incorporates more ethnic and novelty items like kale, baby bok choy and okra alongside traditional North American staples.

Biweekly Whole Share - $440

Receive 15-18 certified organic, fresh and locally grown vegetable (and occasional fruit and herb) items every other week for 20 weeks, delivered right to your doorstep. This is an excellent choice for families of 2 or more who have more adventurous tastes. The whole share incorporates more ethnic and novelty items like kale, baby bok choy and okra alongside traditional North American staples.

* Our growing season lasts from approximately mid June to November. Your box will include produce that is in season and available at that particular time.

* Delivery to Toronto, York Region and Durham Region is free of charge.
